  • Are you a licensed company?

    Yes, we are licensed. License number: IM3657

  • Do you offer additional insurance?

    Yes, we provide $1000 property coverage included for free in the All Inclusive Package.


    You can purchase more by inquiring with a sales manager.


    The state minimum insurance automatically applies after the $1000, which is $0.60/lb/item.

  • What happens if the estimate goes over?

    You will not be charged any "fees" to go over. You will only be responsible for the hourly rate of the movers. 


    The hourly rate is outlined in your estimate. It is charged in 15min increments. 

    For Example: If you are estimated 2 hours and use 2h 25min. You will be responsible for 2.5hrs.

  • What happens if I need less time than the estimate?

    The time will be deducted according to the hourly rate outlined in your estimate. There is a 2 hour minimum for any job, unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • Are you a broker?

    We use our own trucks and staff. We background check and vet all of our contractors. 


    All contractors and internally trained on our standards, and tested on field performance.

  • Do you dismount TV's?

    The movers can assist in dismounting tvs. They cannot assist in remounting them at the new residence.
